We know nothing can replace the spa experience you get from in-person treatments, but we want to equip you with the knowledge and tools to take care of yourself. On the theme of self-care, we have put together kits for different parts of your body to practice at home. At the end of this weekly guide, you’ll learn how to take care of your body from head to toe.

Once you have your space set up, we suggest a breathing exercise. Place a few drops of the Tranquillity Oil in your hands and then cup them over your nose and mouth. Breathe deeply for 9 seconds - slowly inhale for 3, hold for 3, and then slowly exhale for 3. Repeat 3 times.
